Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-06
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Klaim service you agree to these terms on behalf of the legal entity you represent. Counsel will refine the acceptance mechanics for both signed customer agreements and ad-hoc users.
Service description
Klaim is a claims-verification SaaS for European auto-glass insurers. The service is hosted within the EU and verifies repairer invoices against the BOVAG photo protocol, the deed of assignment, and an independent shadow estimate.
Account and signup obligations
Authenticated access uses Google Workspace SSO with a per-tenant domain allowlist. Customers are responsible for keeping their authorized domains current and for the actions of users authenticating against them.
Permitted use and restrictions
The service may only be used for verifying claims that the customer is contractually entitled to process. Reverse engineering, scraping, or use that contravenes Dutch or EU law is prohibited.
Pricing and payment
Commercial terms are agreed bilaterally in the customer's signed order form. Counsel and the commercial team will populate any standardised pricing or trial mechanics here once published.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Klaim retains all rights to the service, its rule catalogue, and its software. Customer data submitted to the service remains the customer's property and is processed under the Data Processing Agreement.
Limitation of liability and termination
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months unless the law mandates otherwise. Either party may terminate for material breach with thirty days' written notice. Counsel will set the precise SLA and termination mechanics.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. Counsel will confirm the jurisdiction clause and any arbitration carve-outs.
